In some cases you need to help Inpaint make the right decision and select the right texture to fill.

Step 1: Load the image

Step 2: Mark the person.

Using the marker simply paint and fill the object you want to remove from your picture.

Step 3: Draw Guide Lines

Select the Guide Line tool from the toolbar and draw a lines between texture edges, this will be used to restore the edge at marked area.

Step 4: Result

Click the Inpaint button and you done!
